Hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Imøtekommende folk. God service

Fantastic service! We are so sad you had to move from Storsenteret in Bergen because you are the only shop who has so many interesting treats! And especially a huge selection of treats great for small dogs. I thought, ok, let’s try and order online. Not everything I wanted was on the webshop but I wrote a comment about the products I missed and they sent them too! ❤️ They were just not yet up on the webshop. So if you are missing something it is worth to ask if they have it. The order arrived in a few days with Postnord. Shipping was free if you buy (I think) for more than 600 NOK. The free shipping was not easy to find out of. But my guess is this info will be added to the website. Thank you so much!

Good store with a somewhat wide range of items for all types of pets. There are other stores that might have a larger selection, but they are located way further. Nice to have this store right in the center. Sad to see the loyalty program go. The current implementation didn't really work, but at least there was something when it worked. It would be better to replace it with something that works than completely get rid of it.

Friendly, nice and respectful lady. Quite big shop, neat, clean and organise. Price reasonable.

Good

I put 4 stars because every day that I come it's a good experience, the boy and the women that I met other times were super nice with me and solving my questions. But yesterday it was another girl with short brown curly hair that was making phone calls while working and she made me wait for her phonecall and then replayed my questions with a bad vibe. I'm so sorry to be attended like this yesterday because you are my favourite dyrebutikk but I need to explain this last experience. For the other employees it's a 10/10 yes! Thank you for your great work!

Super service.
