Les på TrustpilotExcellent customer service, beautiful high quality items
UPDATE: They’ve actually reached out to me and sent me two complementary bracelets. Dianah was absolutely amazing in helping me choose the correct size of bracelet for a friend. The CEO also sent me a follow up mail which I really appreciate. It shows that they really do care about their customers, especially taking in consideration that my original order was back in 2024… And now about the items themselves: 10/10, no notes. Absolutely beautifully done. Very unique pieces and high quality finish. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly buy more, as gifts for players and friends. It’s just so unique and fitting for anyone who loves football. Quality wise, I have also been showering and swimming with it and no discolouration or anything. The packaging was also very cute and got a very swift delivery. ———————————————— Did not receive package. Contacted the company via mail. I had the option for a refund or a discount code for 1 +1 free. I already bought a different gift, as the bracelet was a birthday present and the party was at that point only 3 days away. But I did opt for the 1+1 because I work in football and could gift it to another player and I actually wanted one for myself. However: Never got a follow up to my e-mail :(
Les på TrustpilotReturn fee can be hefty
Be warned that if you don’t like your product and you live overseas, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your item back, which for me was quoted at $179.00, more than 3 times the amount of the original necklace. The necklace itself is nice, but I got it as a gift and the recipient didn't like it. Be prepared to eat the cost if you are in the same position.
Les på TrustpilotPackage was opened!
I received my package opened and the box empty with nothing but the card inside. I was devastated and emailed back not knowing if I will hear a reply or if even my claim will be believed because one could easily be lying. I received a reply the next day with a package set to be sent on the way. I was deeply touched by the kind gesture and the genuineness of the crew. Thank you all so much!

Les på TrustpilotReturn policy is complicated but this business is ran properly
The product wasn’t as expected so I wanted to make a return. The return process is quite complicated and I had some problems but the founder reached out to me and resolved the issue. He gave me a refund for the product which was beyond expectations. A top organization!

Les på TrustpilotThe product quality is great
The product quality is great! I had purchased from other sites in the past, but the size and quality weren't what I expected. This time, it was just as seen in the images. And the delivery time was super fast, faster than expected.

Les på TrustpilotAwesome Product. Great Service.
I learned about MORETHAN90 through a Facebook ad. I thought they would make a great Christmas gift so I ordered two bracelets for my sons. Then I decided that my husband (a someone who has played soccer his whole life) would like one too. I sent an email to the customer service team at MORETHAN90 and they added a bracelet on for me. The bracelets arrived in a timely fashion and all three loved their gift! The bracelets are good quality and really good looking. I am super happy with my purchase.

Les på TrustpilotPass the blame
Ordered an item 5th February and it's now 22nd February. I reached out couple of times and kept assuring me it would arrive. They have blamed me for not arriving saying I entered my address wrong which I always enter when purchasing any items while never having an issue before. They have now offered 75% off with a new purchase because the old one has disappeared without explanation other than blaming me.
Les på TrustpilotI should have read reviews about customer service
I should have read reviews before ordering. Ordered a Christmas gift for someone on December 15 with guarantee it would arrive BEFORE Christmas. It’s December 26 and the last update was that USPS was waiting for item since December 15! I emailed for an update twice now and no response. Terrible customer service.

I´ve ordered a bracelet nearly a month ago. After 2 weeks I asked about my delivery. They assured me that it would arrive soon. After it didnt, I asked for a refund and now they stopped answering my emails.
Les på TrustpilotEverything perfect
I've order a bracelet and it's arrived after 10 days. The quality is very good, it's been three month since I've buy it and is still perfect, it look like new. They've also added some stickers for free and all the packaging is very cured.
