Very professional company to deal with. A special mention to Sam who helped us meet our requirements. KH properties.

Absolutely love my bed. It looks beautiful, great storage and very sturdy. Customer service was fab from start to finish. Delivery and assembly was quick and professional. Definitely recommend

I love my bed from Nero Living. It's sturdy, well-made, and feels very solid. The storage space is spacious and provides plenty of room to keep things tucked away. It looks great and is both practical and comfortable. Customer service was also exceptional - Adam was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I ordered the single ottomon Swash bed in miso muslin fabric. Absolutely stunning! The delivery was quicker than expected and the customer service was excellent. Such unique, quality bed frames.

Purchased a bed and very happy with the quality of it. It’s been almost a month and no issues - the mattress is nice and firm which helps with back relief. I would highly recommend

Received my bed few days ago. Bed is perfect the way i wanted it. The delivery was fast and customer service was great. I highly recommend buying from Nero.

After looking at lots of different sites we settled with Nero Living. We were not disappointed! The service from start to finish was 5 stars. We ordered the free fabric samples, they were delivered promptly. We then wanted some adjustments to our chosen bed frame (lower headboard due to sills and clearance space). All of our questions were answered, and our bed was delivered and assembled within 2 weeks of us ordering it. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody considering a new bed frame. A special mention to Adam who went above and beyond (we did ask him a lot of questions before we ordered).

Great value for money and amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend. 5*

My bed arrived quickly and looks great. Happy with everything. Good customer service. Would happily repurchase.

Good quality beds would definitely recommend.

Good company with amazing products.

Good Company.

We went to visit the address which is clearly listed on the website on the home page, contact us and google. When we arrived there was no building indicating Nero living. I rang up several times and no response. Upon emailing to complain as it isn’t clear at all on the website they have no showroom. Especially when the address is so visible on the website, yet customer service have failed to apologise and are claiming they advertise it clearly. No apology and no sort of solution to change this so other people don’t make the same mistake. We were looking to purchase an expensive bespoke bed but after this experience and especially customer services response we will be taking our business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.
