I am sorry to say that the personalised keyring that arrived was was duller and not the same colour as what was advertised online. The keyring was dull and the colouring was off, instead of white writing it instead was a dark grey colour, and the bright blue acrylic was instead a dark blue. Disappointed with the purchase.

The stickers for the cloths with iron are ok and matching with the description. The others for toys are not so good and if the surface is not totally smooth are not durable or even not stick
In addition, there is a problem always with a clearance custom charges, that are applied always, and nobody inform about them till the package is in the destination, even when the shipment is free due the amount of the purchase as per the website of the vendor.
I purchase continuously in various vendor around the world and only with them, and it is the 2nd time, I had to pay clearance custom charges because the shipment is not properly done by the vendor
