Ordered a bracelet for my husband for our 10th anniversary it came and bigger than it’s suppose to be. I’ve tried to email multiple times and contact via social media to organise an exchange. No response There is no direct contact I’m left with a bracelet costing over £200! I want a refund TOM WOODS this is unacceptable and to me seems like a total scam of a company

Been waiting a month for a refund on a return, and have sent multiple follow ups and emails only to receive very slow, sporadic and detached responses that reflect a complete lack of accountability, care and attention. Super disappointing experience that degrades the brand in my opinion.
Les på GoogleI brought a dress that looked nothing like the picture, the quality was very poor and it cost £60. I emailed them to ask where I could return it and they said it would cost £20 postage. So i paid that and returned the dress. A month later I’ve received the dress back in the post. I emailed them again to be told they would give me 30% back, which workouts £18. Not even the cost of the postage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I requested a full refund on return but I was given insufficient address details, spent £19.70 to return to china only to have it returned to me 3 months later. I think they gave a fake address. So now I’m £60 down and 4 months later. I was offered the “maximum” 50% of the original item by Fabian the manager. What a joke - why is that the maximum when it was all their fault & no body to complain to. Ps 5 days later and still haven’t received my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

The website looks legit at first so I didn’t check reviews before buying, I came across them while searching for a specific dress which doesn’t seem to actually exist anywhere, but it’s basically SHEIN items at twice the price (or more). They’re based in China which they hide until you ask for a refund. They then offer you just 10% in a condescending email apologising for your ‘disappointment’ so I’m getting back about £3.80 of a £38 dress. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Jeg kommer aldri til å kjøpe dette produktet igjen. Jeg returnerte det fordi det var en annen størrelse enn den japanske standardstørrelsen. Hvis du vurderer å kjøpe det, vær oppmerksom på at det er en annen standardstørrelse.
Tom Wood is abusing their hype to produce very poor quality for a very overrated price. I paid 449 eur for a silver ring. I have rings I bought in a market for 12 eur that look better than this ring. I did a claim and they are not accepting it saying that is normal use, which is not. I only used the ring for 1 hour and it was completely scratched. Shame. Don't buy anything !

There were 2people working and 1client in the store wjen me and my mom walked in, i had been so excited to finally go to that store as i wanted to get my self some rings. When we got in me and my mother didnt get a greeting nor a smile we looked around and finally we found where the rings were, still the 2salespersons did not want to acknowledge us and had all their focus on the other client. I asked to try on a ring n how much it was the guy then put the ring angrily on a display where i could try it and didnt even finish the short sentance of saying how much the ring was i needed to try on a different size so we tryed looking at the employees but they had no desire to help us at all. So Tom Wood obliviously dont wanted me as a customer and it made me sad as i really had been looking forward to get myself new rings but i will never ever shop with this brand again. Dont go there.
