Good gym, good people and good atmosphere, my place of zen

no one gets back to you. I’ve been emailing and trying to reach management for months because they are still charging my card.

Best gym in town. The women’s room is top tier and has booty Builder machines. Only suggestion would be to please put kettle bells in women’s room and a free weight squat rack rather than smith machine.

Amazing gym with great hours. Their rates are ABSOLUTELY worth it and the staff is doing an amazing job at making you feel right at home. Shout out tammy and tara 💪🏼

I don’t recommend this gym if you don’t wanna get scammed. I changed my card there (for the payment), and they said it was good but they didn’t charge my card. There was money on the card but they said it bounced back and now they want me to pay an extra $30. Another time, my friend tried to cancel her account. So she called to cancel it and they said they would. But she still got charged. She called them to ask why she got charged again and they said she didn’t fill out the forms but they did not tell her that. Honestly just go to the multiplex. It’s cheaper and still a good gym.

Great place to workout. They really update their machines and keep up on the maintenance (which is appreciated). Mariah is a great trainer, always asking how I am doing and ensuring that my goals are being met. She is knowlegeable and can quickly adapt a training regiment if a machine is in use. She is very flexible with her schedule (which I appreciate) and genuinely wants you to do your best and be your best. I enjoy working with Mariah as a trainer. Everyone at Viking is very friendly and everyone is focused on their own workouts and goals. The ladies only area is very nice, but I like the general workout area best. It's motivating to see people working out and seeing everyone reaching their own personal goals. I look forward to seeing continued changes in my fitness and strength levels as time goes by.

I have been working with Mariah for almost a year. I am a middle age woman with no gym experience and was very nervous about starting. We started in the women's only section and built my confidence and now I am out in the main gym. Mariah took me from where I was at. I never felt judged or out of my depth. She has steadily increased my weight and I know I am much stronger. She has pushed me but never to the point I wanted to quit. The accountability that has come working with her has been the best part. I don't want to disappoint her and try to never miss a workout. I highly recommend Mariah as a trainer and Viking Gym!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this gym! From the moment I walked in, Jenna made me feel welcome and supported. The facility is always clean, well‑organized, and stocked with top‑quality equipment for every type of workout—strength training, cardio, functional fitness, you name it.

The team at Viking Strength has built something really special in Lloyd. The facility is spotless, well-equipped, and has a great culture that breaks the typical gym stigmas. Jenna is a standout she is super knowledgeable, friendly, and a huge part of why this gym is so great.

I’ve been coming to Viking Strength for two years now and honestly can’t imagine training anywhere else in town. This place just gets it right. First off, the gym is consistently clean and really well maintained; the equipment is in great shape and you can tell the owners care and actually stay on top of things. The staff are super friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. If you’re looking for personalized coaching, ask for Mariah. She’s an awesome trainer and will absolutely help you reach your goals. Oh, and the tanning is a nice bonus, super convenient having it right there. Now let me address the whole “intimidating gym” thing, because that reputation could not be more off base. Viking Strength has people from every walk of life training there…beginners, seasoned lifters, everyone in between. Nobody’s judging you, nobody’s in your way, and everyone just does their thing. Everyone belongs full stop. If you’ve been on the fence about joining, just go, and don’t take my word for it… ask any members. You won’t regret it.

This gym is super clean and always so much room to get your workout in. I was nervous getting back into the gym but I worked with Mariah and she helped me get my confidence back!! would highly recommend her if you’re looking to get back into the gym and set some goals!

The trainers in this place are great especially Mariah! She’s very knowledgeable and really cares about her client’s progress. All her workouts are tailored to my goals and she takes into account my lifestyle so I can reach my health goals even outside of the gym. Highly recommend!!

This gym has become my safe space. I especially appreciate the staff who have helped me so much as I stumble through medical issues, one at a time. I want to give a huge shout out to Mariah! She is always with clients and always willing to help no matter what. I reached out to her over the holidays after a diagnosis and she immediately said yes, let's work on this together. She has been so calm and cool about everything that it makes me feel like I am actually seen and heard. I appreciate the almost therapeutic sessions with her and the little moments she takes to actually get to know her clients. Ten out of ten recommend working with her, whether you are starting your workout journey or just needing a little guidance from time to time!

I have been training with Mariah since Sept 2025 and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I'm a woman in my 40s and was sick and tired of feeling weak and ancient everyday. I'm just an average woman that wants to keep my body strong as I age. Weight training with Mariah has significantly improved my energy and motivation to stay on track with my health. I look forward to our sessions and we laugh and chat along the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and she gradually incorporates new exercises as one progresses. Ladies over 40, I encourage you to start training, with Mariah of course:) You won't regret it.🥰

Interesting how they can have 10 reviews in one day 😂 they take forever to fix equipment and even when they do its not fixed properly like their hamstring machine. They put in lights that blind you whenever working out. If you go late the mens change room is disgusting …

So freaking pumped for my new Viking Strength hoodie 🤘 I just picked up a full year membership with incredible savings, and honestly, this gym has become one of my favourite environments. The staff are welcoming, the vibe is warm, and everyone who walks in is working toward something uniquely their own. We’ve all got our stories, and this is where we get stronger through them. I live out of town, so I can't make it in daily or weekly, but still enjoy going to the gym with friends and getting a good workout in. I decided to purchase a punch pass for 10 workouts, then they tell me that it has an expiry date of 90 days. Why would anyone put an expiry date on a punch pass? This just seems cheap and a dirty business trick.

Nice looking gym , but majority of the machines you cant adjust for arm length just leg length , so if your 6 foot or taller alot of the machines feel awkward and can't get a full stretch and rang of motion.

It is very clean. The music is respectful. All the staff are amazing. The equipment is always new. They have tanning beds, massage, chairs, treadmills turf. It is all amazing.

People are amazing! Best decision I made was getting a membership here highly recommend and even better you can ask to train with the Viking himself !

Do not bother going to this Gym. They continue to try to take money from you even after you've closed your account with them and stopped going.

They won't let me cancel my membership and keep charging me I'm seuing them they stole 500 dollars from me

Favourite place to lift when I'm in town. Lots of barbells, great facility, greaf staff. If only I could come in the morning to grab a cup of the delicious smelling coffee they brew out front.
