Still waiting for my complete order…
Still waiting for my complete order after six weeks!
I ordered the Fjorden Grip Ultimate Bundle on August 15 and realized after delivery that I had ordered the wrong iPhone size. I contacted Fjorden on August 30 and returned the complete order on September 8 using the return labels they provided.
It is now September 30, and I still do not have the complete replacement. I have received the MagSafe piece, adapter, and anti-glare piece, but I am still missing the grip, strap, and case.
I have contacted customer service multiple times, dealt with confusing tracking information, and waited weeks for replacement items. The grip is the main component of the system, so without it, I cannot use the product.
I have been patient, but this has taken far too long and the replacement process has been frustrating and poorly communicated. I simply want the complete product I ordered.

If you never change your phone….
The actual Fjorden grip is great although it does require some perseverance to make the controls feel second nature. My issue comes from when I upgraded my phone, the only place I could get a case from was Fjorden direct where the case costs £35-£40 and the delivery charge is £18!!!! I raised this with them and they claim it is because they offer “express delivery in 3-4 days” I’ve sold mine (at a great loss) and purchased the Leica equivalent.

Really bad quality and build.
The best thing about this product is the shopping experience. The product itself is totally overpriced. When you see the videos on the website, you get an impression of a very high quality, with a steady build quality. But what you get is a wobly abd loose connection between the cover and grip, bad quality buttons and a feeling of a very cheap product. Yes it does work, but only just. But given this is a high end (and high priced)product, that uses the Leica brand to upscale the quality impression, I am very disappointed. The plastic quality is really cheap, and the iPhone cover looks horrible with fingermarks all over after just a few hours. My best recommendation is : Do not buy !!

Først får man 10% rabat som ny kunde, skriver de.
Ventede lidt længere. Så kom der mail om at jeg nu kunne få 15% i rabat nogle få dage endnu.
Jeg købte stadig ikke noget fotogreb til min iPhone, fordi jeg synes det er alt for dyrt + man skal købe flere dele hvis man skifter tlf.
så gik der 4-5 dage mere, og jeg kan stadig få 15%
Simpelt hen ikke seriøst. så giv dog de 15 % fra starten.

Not wonderful!
I have read the reviews from disgruntled buyers and have to say that Fjorden have upped their game when it comes to deliveries. Perhaps being closer to Amsterdam helps. No complaints there.
My complaint is about the thing itself. Despite the inventor’s claims, it is far from ergonomically designed. My hands are not abnormally large but the controls seem more suited to the nimble fingers of young maidens, if I may be permitted a mild politically incorrect reference. My 9 year old granddaughter managed fine, apart from using the app.
The zoom lever is inconveniently close to the shutter release and the programmable button requires digital contortions of which I am not capable, not easily anyway.
My preferred grip places my little finger under the Grip’s lower edge when in use. This is relatively secure but the edge pressing on my tender flesh tends to cause blisters. Maybe an ElastoPlast fabric dressing permanently on the afflicted part? Or a redesign…
I am puzzled as to why Fjorden insist on including the adhesive pad for non MagSafe phones when the kit is specifically for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Although, the supplied case is so poor, lacking protection and having rubbish buttons, that I might consider ditching it in favour of my old one. I feel it is an unnecessary cost for most users though.

The products are OK (except for the wrist strap which has a really poorly designed carabiner to connect it) but Lord are they ever slow. Several business days between order and dispatch. So if you need an item or accessory for a trip make sure to order it a loooong time in advance.

Do your homework before buying - don't buy the case
I bought this on the strength of the Leica link, but frankly, I think it is overpriced and not that capable. Sure it does offer some advantages, and the handgrip is nice. However, I bought the bundle with the magsafe shell which was completely rubbish - I had to remove the case to operate the buttons on the side of my phone! I have sent the case back but the company seems to be saying that the postage is at my expense - not good when the thing costs £30 and doesn't work. Buyer beware
