I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality provided by this company. I ordered stamps for official use, and they arrived defective, producing poor-quality impressions that are completely unusable. Before placing my order, I contacted their team to confirm that the stamps would meet the required standards, and I was assured that their "design department" would ensure everything was correct. Clearly, this was not the case. After receiving the defective products, I sent them all the evidence they requested—photos of the stamps and their impressions. They initially acknowledged the issue and promised a resolution, but weeks have passed, and I have not received any updates or responses, despite multiple follow-up emails. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a business, especially one that claims to deliver professional products. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk poor-quality products and terrible customer service.

They claim a 4-day delivery time, but you should expect it to take at least 8 days - think twice if you're on a tight schedule. We placed an order from Portugal based on the advertised 4-business-day delivery time, but in reality, it will take at least 8 business days to arrive (or 11 days including non-business days). We're traveling soon and won’t be able to receive the bracelets for the kids in time, even though we ordered a week in advance. If the delivery times had been communicated accurately, this situation could have been avoided. This company needs to update their estimated delivery times to reflect the actual timeframe so others don’t experience the same inconvenience.

They overcharged me by 100 times (yes, 100 times!!), despite the final payment page reading the correct amount. Now I cannot get hold of them through any means, multiple emails, on other platforms etc. I just want to cancel and get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Ridiculous customer service, I am trying to get in touch to follow up on my order that I expected 3 days ago but I cannot contact anyone and I have no idea where my order is which I had to use for my engagement party. Awful experience!!

Bestilte stempel for barneklær, men skriften er så tynn og svak (blå), at det ikke synes (det gjelder også hvitt/lyst tøy).

Awful company. My order never arrived after more than 4 months. Dishonest, unprofessional, and zero customer support.

Kommer toll i ettertid - som utgjør mer enn beløpet man opprinnelig kjøpte for. Produktene ser ut som de er fra Temu. Dyrt og dårlig kvalitet.

I am sorry to say that the personalised keyring that arrived was was duller and not the same colour as what was advertised online. The keyring was dull and the colouring was off, instead of white writing it instead was a dark grey colour, and the bright blue acrylic was instead a dark blue. Disappointed with the purchase.

Some delay with delivery but my daughter was over the moon for her personalised pencil case! Decent size and her name very neatly printed!

The labels seem fine- only just purchased so yet to tell whether they stay adhered which is obviously the most important factor. Customer service is limited to a chatbot- no email address which doesn't feel very customer focused. Personally I feel the delivery method should be reviewed - we weren't in for delivery and so initially we received an email saying that the item couldn't be delivered. They did find a neighbour to deliver to so we did ultimately receive them but really these are low value items in an envelope- using the letter box would have been best.

Very bad experience with logistics and customers service. Placed the order on 22.10 and got it to Poland on 15.11. Even though I asked for some kind of reimbursement, the customer service answer nothing and behaved like everything is fine. It will be my last purchase. I am sorry, they do not care if kids await for their gifts, my son was very disappointed.

Great variaty of products. Easy ordering process and fairly quick shipment. Products look well made and identical to what was shown on the website. Ordered wristbands for the business but will definitely be ordering some stickers and other things through the website for personal use.

My first order from this company, I was so pleased with the calendar, its a gift so I won't put pictures on ,would highly recommend, the only thing I didn't realise that it was shipped from abroad, I thought it was uk based ,but made no difference, the quality and price was better than a previous company I used

Items were perfect but I feel really cheated as DHL sked me to pay a big fee for toll and services after receiving the parcel. I was not properly informed about it as the page looked Norwegian. I won't purchase any more items as I felt quite abusive.

Lang leveringstid og når det i tillegg kommer momskrav på kjøpet ble det jævla dyrt også. OK stempel, men på ingen måte verdt de nærmere 500,- det endte på til slutt.

I have made a couple orders with this company to replace a company I had used in the U.S. Their products are well made and we love that we can personalize how things look based on each child's preferences. I've never had a complaint about the longevity of the items either. I recently had an order that arrived in our home, but for whatever reason the items were not inside the envelope. No clue if this was faulty shipping by GLS or the packaging at Stikets, but once I was able to connect with someone at Stikets they were responded decently quick and reissued my order. So, thankful and appreciative because the beginning of the school year is stressful enough. Great work Stikets!

I ordered the photo name label and was impressed with the high quality of this product - needed something for my elderly mother’s clothing as she is in a care home and her other labels kept coming off in the wash. This label just does not shift!! The care home laundry love these labels as it makes it easy to ensure clothing gets to the correct owner! Outstanding product. Easy to order and pay for and Stikets communication is excellent. Highly recommend this company and the quality of products available

The iron-on labels are absolutely perfect! For the second order, I also purchased some stickers for clothing, their design is nice, unfortunately the adhesive is quite useless. However, I bought the stickers just to get a free shipping to Slovakia so I'm not disappointed much as my primary goal were the iron-on labels. Goods were shipped via DHL Express so I have absolutely no complaints about that.

The stickers for the cloths with iron are ok and matching with the description. The others for toys are not so good and if the surface is not totally smooth are not durable or even not stick In addition, there is a problem always with a clearance custom charges, that are applied always, and nobody inform about them till the package is in the destination, even when the shipment is free due the amount of the purchase as per the website of the vendor. I purchase continuously in various vendor around the world and only with them, and it is the 2nd time, I had to pay clearance custom charges because the shipment is not properly done by the vendor

Stemmer ikke at frakten er gratis. Vær oppmerksom fordi butikken legger ut prisen uten MOMS. Dette vil bli betalt når varen krysser grensen. Disse kostnadene gjorde en stor overraskelse for meg. Betalte nesten samme som selve varen kostet.

Super disapointed by the stamp... They should not allow to write 2 lines which makes the size too small, as a result it is not readable. Also, the ink goes through the closing so it looks ugly (and the stamp is too big to fit on the label). On day 2 the ink holder broke already...
